Sleek Dudes Return Policy

At Sleek Dudes, we’re committed to delivering high-quality car care products that exceed your expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a streamlined return process.

 

Returns and Exchanges

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized prior to shipping. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be included with your return.

• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing and handling costs. This fee is waived for exchanges or store credit.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products.

• Opened or used items.

• Clearance or sale items.

 

How to Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

1. Contact us at Admin@SleekDudes.com  with your order details.

2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if eligible.

3. Include the RAN on your return package to ensure proper processing.

Return Process

1. Once your RAN is issued, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

2. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund minus the 15% restocking fee.

 

Exchanges

If you need a different product, we’re happy to exchange your item. Exchanges do not incur a restocking fee, and we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new product to you.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
